Under the guidance of ST. Marhana Rullu, S. Pd.I, M. Pd and Abdul Rabbi Arrasul, S.Pd.,M.Pd This research aims to determine the kinds and objectives of the application of fun learning in learning English at SMP Negeri Satap Minanga. This type of research is qualitative research. This research used observation and interview instruments to obtain data. Subject in this research was English teacher at SMP Neger Satap Minanga. Based on observation and interview, the researcher found that fun learning that was applied in the learning process was Role Play, games and Routines, and the purpose of the application was to make students interested and like learning English, and thought that learning English was fun and then to motivate students not to be depressed in learning so that the objectives of learning can be achieved.
