The influence of watching English movies subtitle in vocabulary learning English students of highschool in Smk N 1 Luwuk. Undergraduate thesis. English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Supervised by Nurhaida Lakuana and Sitti Hardianti. This research aims to determine the influence of watching English movies subtitles in vocabulary learning of students in Smk N 1 Luwuk. This research use qualitative approach as the research method. The participants taking part in this research are 10 students grade XI at Smk N 1 Luwuk. To analyze the data, the researcher conducted interview. Based on the results of this research, the researcher found that watching English movies subtitles has an influence on students' vocabulary such as enhancement vocabulary and vocabulary acquisition through contextual learning. However, the influence of this research does not significant effect.
