Increasing Students' Vocabulary Through Show and Tell Method of Seventh Grade at SMP Negeri 3 Luwuk. Skripsi, English Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk. Supervised by Mukmin, S.Pd., M.Pd. The objective of this research is to determine whether using Show and Tell method could improve Students' Vocabulary at SMP Negeri 3 luwuk or not. The research applied quasi experimental research that required experimental and control class. The research population was the seventh grade Studens' of SMP Neger 3 Luwuk consist of 10 classes. The samples of this research was 40 they are 20 students from class A and 20 students from class B. In collecting the data, the researcher used test. The test were consisted a pre-test and post-test.
The data was analysed statically. The result of the t-counted was 13,038, with degree of freedom 38 and the level of significance 0.05, the t-table is 1,686. Therefore, the result of t-counted was higher than t-table. It means, the hypothesis of this research was acceptable. The result indicated that there was a significant effect of students' vocabulary in using show and tell method of seventh grade at SMP neger 3 Luwuk.
