English Learning Interest of Students at Management Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk. English learning has become crucial in today's era. The interest in learning English for management students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk is influenced by their professionals. Many of students in Management Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk see mastery of English as the key to achieving their career goals. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors that affect students of Management Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk in English learning. The subjects of this study were active students of the Management Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiy ah Luwuk in semesters 2nd, 4th, and 6th who were interested in English learning. The method used in this study was qualitative with data collection technique through interviews. The results of this study explain that there are six factors that influence students' interest in English learning at the Management Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk; internal factors consisting of physical factors and physicological factors and external factors divided into family factors, school also the researcher found additional findings namely career planning, and technology. Correlation between internal and external factors suggests that comprehensive approach is necessary in English learning. Both physical and psychological factors must be addressed alongside family, school factors also career planning and technology. The Management Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk should focus on creating supportive environments that are conducive to learning, such as comfortable study spaces and access to resources.
